- Deadline for payment - payments can be received at the registration table on the day of the conference, but will be assessed a CAD 25 late fee.

Abstract should not exceed 1100 characters; organizers reserve the right to edit abstract for formatting purposes.

All tiers include transportation to and from event venues.
Full conference registration with accommodations includes a two-bedroom suite, shared between four people, and breakfasts in the mornings of Friday Oct 26, Saturday Oct 27, Sunday Oct 28, and Monday Oct 29.
